Shipping Policy
Most in-stock orders begin processing within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer for:
- Special-order products
- Warehouse transfers
- Wheel and tire packages
- Custom-drilled wheels
- TPMS programming
- Peak seasonal demand
- Orders requiring additional fitment verification
Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Orders ship from the warehouse offering the best combination of inventory, delivery time, and shipping cost.
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, and seasonal demand may affect delivery times.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Additional charges may apply for:
- Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
- Remote or rural locations
- Oversized or unusually heavy products
- Special carrier services
If additional charges apply, we'll contact you before shipping so you can approve the charge, update your shipping address, or cancel the affected item.
Delivery & Receiving Your Order
A physical street address is required. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Deliveries typically occur during regular business hours and require a signature.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment or follow the carrier's instructions to arrange pickup or redelivery. Charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging until your order has been inspected and installation is complete, and take photographs of:
- The shipping box
- Shipping labels
- Any visible damage
- The product
- Product part numbers or manufacturer labels
We'll work with you and the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
